The building has three floors and overlooks the main street of the village and on a comunal inner courtyard. On the ground floor are situated two garages with three parking spaces, laundry, furnace, boiler and a large entrance with an interesting staircase connecting the upper floors and the basement. The living room leads to the kitchen-dining room, study, master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the toilet of the living area. The staircase from the living room to the second floor, features a balcony, with function hall, which overlooks the environment below: it creates access to a room with its own terrace and a glass roof and two other rooms with a shared bathroom.
